Mechanical structure
The frame of whole machine is casting structure which is sprayed with acid-proof paint. The machine has poly vinyl chloride cabinet so that it is impregnable and anti-corrosive. As well, it has a waste gas bottom exhaust structure.
Actuating system
It is driven by 3S roller harmonic reduction gear. Equipped with original Japanese Yaskawa AC servosyn speed governor. It can automatically detect the tensile force, and with closed loop control. So its accuracy of stablizing speed outdo 0.02%, and it has stable drive motion and constant tensile force.
Electrolysis system
Infusion method alternating-current electrolysis. Multi-layer graining electrolyzation process, electrolytic sand is even and fine, and its harshness is adjustable. Concentration of chemical can be tested on line and can be automatically controlled.
Oxidizing system
It adopts contact copper roller to conduct. With anodic oxidation, the film of oxide is uniform, has strong adhesive force and has a long age in the printing condition which is about 80,000 prints. SCR voltage regulation can save 35% electricity. Concentration of chemical can be tested on line and can be automatically controlled.
Coating system
High accuracy and equalized coating in extrusion, with metering pump infinitely variable control the volume of glue. The coverage is uniform and the process of coating is easy to control.
Baking system
It has a whole stainless steel enclosed cabinet with cubic (or plane) S shape baking flue. It adopts the process of gradient temperature. It is digitally SCR temperature control, accuracy is better than ± 1℃。
Cut system
Human-machine interface of MITSUBISHI PLC control, adopts Japanese Yaskawa servo positioning system.
Accuracy of fixed length ≤ ± 0.3 mm, diagonal error ≤ ± 1 mm
Unwinding system
With electric controlled hydraulic pressure lifting system and handling aluminum coil by wheelbarrow to facilitate operation
